Come out and join us for our free community health fair. Let our licensed professionals help you monitor your health. We will be othering several booths to help you. These booths may include:
Vascular
Have your blood pressure taken, know what can help with your blood pressure, and learn what a safe blood pressure is
Cardiac
Have your pulse taken, learn what a safe heart rate is and what can help with your heart rate
Respiratory
Have your oxygen saturation, respiratory rate, and lung sounds evaluated, learn what an appropriate value is, and what can help
BMI
Have your BMI calculated based on your weight and height, know what is appropriate, and learn how to adjust
Pain
Learn non-pharmaceutical interventions that may help with your pain
Questions and Referrals
Ask any questions you have, if we cannot answer them we have professionals we can refer you to for assistance.
This event is not for diagnostic, but for health education.

Free “What To Do Next” course for the Public
Great! You have recognized an emergent situation and called 911, but what now? Join us to learn general skills that the general public can do while waiting for EMS to arrive. There is no cost for this course. Skills that will be covered may include, but not limited to; CPR, falls, simple bleeding control, what to do in the event of choking, and more. Please note, this is not for certifications, but to serve as a general what to do while waiting for EMS to arrive course. Christmas Raffle for ATV

Valentine's Dinner
Come with someone or come alone, just bring your appetite! We will be hosting a spaghetti Valentine’s Dinner. This is an all you can eat for $10 a person. Children 10 and under eat free! There will be spaghetti entrees with your choice of sides and a beverage.

Santa's Christmas Party
Santa is visiting Goshen First Aid Crew and wants to have a party for all the good children! Come on out and share treats with Santa, play games, and have your picture taken with Santa. There will also be a 50/50 drawing and raffle ticket sale at the event. You do not have to be present to win the 50/50 drawing. There is no cost for the event and the pictures are free! Come celebrate Christmas with Santa and the GFAC!

BBQ Chicken
The Goshen First Aid Crew will be serving our delicious and famous BBQ chicken halves and dinners on April 20, 2024. The BBQ chicken will be available for purchase around 12:30 PM. There will be two options to choose from.
The chicken halves are priced at $8 each. This includes a half of chicken, Roll & a drink
The dinners are priced at $12.00 each. This includes a half of chicken, Roll, Drink & two additional side. These side will be determined on February 14, 2024.
With your purchase you can help fund for the purchase of new equipment needed to keep the squad up and running at 100% Volunteer. The only 100% volunteer EMS transport agency left in Rockbridge County, VA.
This is a great opportunity to support our crew while enjoying some of the best BBQ chicken in town. We look forward to serving you!

The Goshen First Aid Crew will be holding our annual Easter Cake Walk on March 10, 2024 starting at 6:00 PM.
Lots of things to do and win. Door Prizes, Cakes, Food & More. With over 100 door prizes at the last Easter Cake Walk its something you don’t want to miss out on.

We ask that you do not park in front of the truck bays as we are an active EMS agency and need to get trucks out for emergencies.
