The Goshen First Aid Crew is always accepting new members. Doesn’t matter if you have training or not we can get you into classes and get you to where you need to be. We accept seniors and junior members if you want to join, fill out the application to start the membership proccess. The application process following the application and fingerprint background check will include a panel interview and drug test to be scheduled by a line officer or organization president. Applicant will begin a probationary period of at least 6 months before active members of the crew will vote by secret ballad at the following monthly crew meeting. Applicants may attend, but will be asked to step out during voting. There are no fees for the application process or for being a member.

If you are at least the age of 18, choose the “Senior Member Application” button.

If you are between the ages of 12 and 17, choose the “Junior Member Application” button. Minors must have parental consent to become a member. Please print, sign, and return the form via email at goshenfirstaid@gmail.com.

All applicants following application submission must click on the “Fingerprints” button to begin the fingerprint background check process. Use 00052 for agency number when scheduling appointment. If you do not have an EMS Certification number, enter your SSN.

If you want to rent the building, tables, chairs, or the Carnival Grounds please click the button “Rental” and fill it out. There will be a deposit requested if application is approved.
